How far in advance should I book my appointment?
It is suggested to book well in advance for your hair appointment. Tanu Beauty Salon recommends pre-booking appointments before leaving the salon. For first time appointments please message Tanu Beauty Salon for availability.
Will you remind me of my appointment?
Yes, Tanu Beauty Salon confirms all appointments. Appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance for your convenience.
When should I arrive?
Tanu Beauty Salon suggests that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please allow time for parking if traveling by car.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please kindly contact Tanu Beauty Salon with a 48 hour notice.
What if I am late to my salon appointment?
If you find yourself running late for your appointment, please contact Tanu Beauty Salon to let her know. Anything after 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled.
